Appointments

Appointments can be made online or by downloading the Hotdoc app @ www.hotdoc.com.au . You may also call reception on Ph 5821 2533 during office hours. If your consultation is for a complex issue or an insurance medical, please tell the receptionist so that a longer appointment time can be arranged. Please note that Emergencies must always be given priority. Our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there are any lengthy waiting times or if your GP has been called away unexpectedly. If you or a family member requires an interpreter, please let us know when you make the appointment, so that this can be arranged. Walk in appointments will be accommodated where available but may not always be possible. Telehealth appointments are available for regular patients of our clinic who have been seen face to face within the last 12 months. Doctors will only provide 3 telehealth appointments in a row, then a face-to-face appointment is required.
